How this little sucker peels garlic so fast and so perfectly, I'll never know... but you won't ever find me in the kitchen peeling garlic with my fingers or by "cracking" it with a knife again, that is for sure! All you have to do is place the "clothed" clove inside the garlic peeler, and roll it back and forth on a flat surface, applying a bit of pressure ... you'll hear a crackling sound. Stop! Shake out your naked garlic and get to choppin'!! I absolutely LOVE this little gadget. Buy it

Handy!!! I have a garlic chopper device. But no peelers. I tell you, I love the way my hands smell like garlic after I cook though. I feel like garlicky fingers are a sure sign of someone who likes to cook. Lol.
Me too... i love fresh garlic, and only use the jarred when i'm reeeeeeeeeeeally in a hurry!
